Barry H. Ostrowsky is president and CEO of Barnabas Health, New Jersey's largest not-for-profit health care delivery system and the second-largest private employer in the state. Working closely with physicians, hospitals and insurers, Mr. Ostrowsky has taken an active role in shaping the evolution of New Jersey's health care delivery system.

Even as a young boy, Sid Davidoff knew that he wanted to work in politics. A City College graduate and with a J.D. from NYU, Davidoff's interest in city government took form in the Lindsay administration, where he served as the Mayor's administrative assistant, dealing with the 1966 transit strike, the 1968 teacher's strike among other important issues.
